By accessing or using SpotSnaps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.

2. Description of service

SpotSnaps is an AI-powered travel photo generator. Users can select locations, upload photos, and generate new images that place them in travel scenes. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

3. User accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant SpotSnaps a limited license to process, store, and display it as needed to provide the service. If you choose to share photos to the public community pool, you release them under terms that allow other users to use them as backdrops.

You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Some features require payment. Prices are shown in the app and may change. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or subscription management page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise required by law.

6. Intellectual property

SpotSnaps and its branding, code, and design are owned by SpotSnaps. AI-generated images are provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless you have a subscription or license that permits commercial use. Do not resell, redistribute, or claim generated output as your own original work in a misleading way.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated images may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended use. We are not responsible for any decisions, posts, or actions you take based on generated content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SpotSnaps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or zero if you used only the free tier.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
